Returns
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.
To be eligible, items must be:
Unused and in original condition
In original packaging, with all tags attached
Free from marks, wear, or damage
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used fitness accessories.
Return Shipping Fee
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Return
Email shop@avaraathletics.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid return label.
Once received and inspected, your store credit will be issued to the email used at checkout.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different style or colour, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.
Faulty Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
If confirmed faulty, we’ll cover return costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
