Returns

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging, with all tags attached

  • Free from marks, wear, or damage

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used fitness accessories.

Return Shipping Fee


Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Return

  1. Email shop@avaraathletics.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid return label.

  3. Once received and inspected, your store credit will be issued to the email used at checkout.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different style or colour, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.

Faulty Items

We take quality seriously. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
If confirmed faulty, we’ll cover return costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
